Federal donations and contributions to a registered political party greater than $16,900 p.a. must be declared by the donor to the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). State donations and contributions to a registered political party accumulating to an amount greater than $6,570 in a reporting period must be declared to the Electoral Commission of South Australia (ECSA).
